Terms of Use

The service

gepyu.com shows games we make ourselves and lets you play them in the browser. The games run on play.gepyu.com. There is no charge to use it.

Accounts

• Signing in is through a Google account only. One account covers your saves and your leaderboard records.
• Games that support guest submissions let you join the same leaderboard under an assigned gamer name. Cloud saves require a member account.
• Your nickname is public. Nicknames that impersonate someone else or carry abuse or hate speech may be changed without notice, and the account may be suspended.
• Do not share your account. Whatever happens through an account is the account holder’s responsibility.

Saves and leaderboards

• Cloud saves are a convenience. Do not rely on them as your only copy. An outage, a fault or deleting your account can lose them.
• The number of slots, and how many earlier saves are kept, is limited and can differ per game.
• Leaderboards are casual and carry no reward. Games run in your browser, so the legitimacy of every record cannot be proven.
• Manipulated records, records produced by automation, and submissions that put abnormal load on the service may be removed, and the account may be suspended.

What not to do

• Work around the service’s checks, or try to reach another person’s account or data.
• Burden the service with automated bulk requests.
• Copy or redistribute parts of the games or the site without permission.

Rights in the content

The code, graphics, sound and text of the site and the games belong to their makers. Making and sharing videos or screenshots of your play is welcome.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed to be available at all times, and features may change or stop without notice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. We will announce anything significant on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
